

1 x Riverview Farms Pork Roast
1/4 cup x Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup x salt reduced soy sauce
2 tablespoons x Honey
1/2 tablespoons x rice wine vinegar
1 x teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 x teaspoon Chinese five spice
1/2 x teaspoon Ginger powder
1 cup of rice, cooked
1 x butter lettuce, washed and leaves separated
1/4 x red cabbage, finely shredded
1 x carrot, grated
1 x red chili, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish

Simply add the Hoisin sauce, so sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, Chinese five spice and ginger powder into a small saucepan. Simmer all ingredients for 5 minutes and allow the sauce to cool slightly.

To make the lettuce cups simply lay out the lettuce leaves and top with a little rice, slices of hot pork roast, cabbage and carrot and top with the chilli and sesame seeds. Drizzle with the char siu sauce right before serving.
